Return Policy

DealHunt aims to provide a hassle-free return experience. Our 7-day return policy ensures you have enough time to inspect your purchase.

1. Return Window

Our return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you a return or exchange.

2. Condition of Items

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags intact. We cannot accept returns for items that show signs of wear, damage not reported upon receipt, or missing components.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

• Perishable goods such as food or flowers.
• Intimate or sanitary goods.
• Personal care items.
• Downloadable software products.
• Some health and personal care items.

4. Return Authorization

Before returning any item, you must contact our support team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number may not be processed.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@DealHunt.in.

6. Return Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to the address provided with your RMA. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is defective.
